$2 – million settlement in JCCC prison harassment case

A former nurse at the JCCC prison is awarded a $2 – million judgment in a sexual harassment case. Kathleen Newman worked for Corizon, the firm that provides inmate health services. Her lawyers contend Newman was repeatedly sexually harassed by co-workers and corrections officers.
