Deputies arrest trooper for alleged drunk driving

A Highway Patrol trooper is arrested for DWI. Callaway deputies pulled over Kelley Young March 4^th on Highway 54 near New Bloomfield. The deputy who pulled Young over says his investigation led him to believe he was under the influence. Young was off duty and in his private car.
