Two life sentences on the line for JCMO killer

A Jefferson City man will hear his prison sentence today. Torry Upchurch pleaded guilty to killing Earle Key and Shantae Hill – Cook on Thanksgiving of 2019. Cole County’s Prosecutor says he’ll recommend two life terms for Upchurch. He’s in court this afternoon.
