JCMO man gets long prison term in fatal shooting

A Jefferson City will spend the next 30 – years in prison. Alfred Chism admitted to shooting Charon Session in 2018. Chism claimed he killed the Lincoln U student in self – defense. He was indicted on first degree murder charges, but pled guilty to second degree.
