It’s too dry for fireworks

The extreme drought and dry conditions all across Mid – Missouri is prompting cities and fire departments to issue burn bans. Bans are in effect in several towns including Fulton and Auxvasse. Open burning and shooting fireworks is already illegal this time of year in both Jefferson City and Columbia. Many counties are in extreme drought conditions.
