Cole County stabbing suspect arrested in southwest Missouri

A man wanted in connection with a Cole County stabbing is picked up in Springfield.

22 – year old Fredy Navichoc-Putzul is accused of attempted murder and weapons charges.

Cole County Sheriff’s deputies went to Meadowbrook Drive in St. Martins and found the victim with multiple stab wounds.

The victim was taken to University Hospital and is now in stable condition.
