Flooded roads force water rescues in JCMO

Emergency responders had to rescue several people from flooded cars in Jefferson City. Firefighters say three cars were stuck in floodwater on Edgewood Drive near Creek Trail Drive around 9:30. One person had minor injuries.

Crews earlier rescued four stranded boaters on the Missouri River near the Noren Access when a boat’s motor failed.
