Couple accused in child sex crimes

A Jefferson City man and a Columbia woman face charges of having sex with a child, drug offenses and more. Jerad and Shellie Miller are accused subjecting the victim to sex and providing them with meth. The victim claims the abuse went on for nearly two years.
