Rape charges filed after Noren river access attack

A man now faces rape charges after he’s accused of sexually assaulting a woman last week. 30 – year old Drake Fullingim-Guerra is charged with attacking the victim at the Noren Missouri River access. He allegedly confessed to police investigators. Fullingim – Guerra has a previous sexual assault conviction from Texas.
