Sedalia man accused of having a bomb factory at home

A Sedalia man is accused of trying to build a homemade bomb. 37 – year old Cody Lappat faces numerous weapons charges. Bomb – making materials were found at his home outside Sedalia. Highway Patrol Bomb Squad officers searched the home and found the components. The Pettis County Sheriff doesn’t think there was any threat to the public.
