Governor outlines plans in State of the State address

Missouri’s governor is hoping the first piece of legislation put on his desk this year is a COVID-19 liability protection bill.

Mike Parson also praised those that helped the state through challenges from the pandemic during his State of the State address yesterday (wed). The location of the speech changed from the House chambers to the Senate this year. The House just resumed work this week following a COVID-19 outbreak.
