Missing Fulton woman is found — and now she’s in jail

Fulton police say they have found Tori Taylor. She’s the woman who authorities said may have been kidnapped last month. She finally called her family last (tue) night. Authorities tracked her down a couple hours later in Centralia, Illinois. Taylor was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants.
