Child dies in Callaway crash

17 – An eight-year-old St. Louis boy is dead after a crash on westbound Highway 54 in Callaway County on Wednesday night.

The crash happened near the Highway AA/OO exit, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Troopers said a van driven by Elizabeth C. Miller, 40, of Fulton, crashed into the back of a car that stopped in a westbound lane of traffic. She was injured.
