Convicted JCMO killer wants a re-do

A Jefferson City man who was convicted in a fatal shooting wants a new trial. Jahuan Whirley claims his defense attorney didn’t include evidence that Whirley’s twin brother was the shooter in the death of Justin Kammerich. Another victim was shot but survived during the 2018 Jefferson City hold up.
