Fire caused Lake plane crash

Federal investigators now say it was an onboard fire that caused a fatal plane crash at the Lake in 2020. Scott and Amy Lowe of Iowa died in the crash that happened after they took off from the Osage beach airport in August of that year. A bystander told investigators he saw gas coming from the engine compartment before takeoff.
