Capitol Avenue home comes down

One of the Capitol Avenue homes is being torn down. Crews are demolishing the house at 407 East Capitol. City leaders deemed it unsafe after the owner was evicted. Demolition work could cost $40,000 and that cost will be on the owner. Another fire damaged building nearby by is next on the list to be torn down.
