Ambulance fire on I-70

A patient and an ambulance crew got out safely when an Audrain County ambulance burst into flames on I – 70 Tuesday. The crew was taking a patient to a Columbia hospital when the fire started on the interstate in Callaway County. The fire spread to the median and tied up traffic for two hours. Investigators are looking at the cause.
