JCMO home burglar busted

A Columbia man caught loading up a U Haul at a Cole County home now faces burglary charges. 39 year old Scott Adams allegedly told deputies last week that he had permission to clean out the Fairlawn Court house while the owner was in jail. He’s also accused of telling investigators that he was a cousin of the owner. The house been broken into and ransacked.
