Fulton child care operator faces sex charges

A man who ran an in – home daycare in Callaway County is now accused of child sex crimes.

Jacob Stockglausner of Fulton is charged with statutory sodomy, promoting child porn and more.

During a raid at the home, one parent identified their child in an image shown to them by police.
