9 – year old hurt on Cole County ATV accident

A Cole County boy is recovering at a Kansas City hospital after a weekend four wheeler crash. The 9 – year old had to be flown KC Mercy Hospital after the Sunday crash. Troopers say the boy flipped the ATV and hit a tree. He had serious injuries.

Four left without a place to live after JCMO fire

Firefighters are investigating a Jefferson City house fire. Crews were called to West Franklin St. Friday night. They found flames coming out a window. Everyone inside got out safely. The house had heavy fire damage. The Red Cross is helping the family. No word on a cause.
