An adult and a child are staying somewhere else after their trailer burns. Firefighters were called to the mobile home on Kara Street in Jefferson City Tuesday afternoon. Firemen had the fire out quickly, but the home had heavy smoke damage. Investigators say the fire apparently started near a couch.

A Wardsville man dies after a Monday motorcycle crash. Troopers say 20 – year old Logan Lowry died after running the bike off a curve and overturning. 19 – year old Reignah Taft was injured. The accident happened shortly after midnight Monday in Camden County.
